ere’s My Story
Being a mom at 19, I often wished I had a community—a circle of young women who understood the transition I was facing, the challenges I was navigating, and the lessons I was about to learn. I longed for guidance, connection, and reassurance that I wasn’t alone in figuring it all out.
As the years went on, that longing grew into purpose. I found myself mentoring young women, offering the support I once needed. It became a ministry of sorts—pouring into others, helping them find their footing, and reminding them of their strength during life’s most uncertain seasons.
The experiences and lessons I’ve lived through have shaped a deep resilience in me. When I turned 40, I made a promise to myself: this next chapter would be written on my terms. I’d heard the warnings—“It all goes downhill after 40”—but I refused to let someone else define what my life should look like.
By the time I reached 50, I realized something even more important. I needed to find me again. Not the wife, the mother, or the employee everyone knew me as, but the woman who no longer apologized for putting herself first. The woman I had slowly set aside while taking care of everyone else.
Midlife transitions have a way of shaking us. They bring challenges, identity shifts, and moments of uncertainty that force us to ask, Who am I now? I know that feeling intimately.
That’s why I created this group—a supportive, understanding community for women navigating major life changes and rediscovering themselves in this powerful chapter of life. Here, we honor resilience, growth, and the courage it takes to rewrite your story.
