Hi, I'm Rana.

I'm a Midlife Identity & Transition Consultant, educator, and social worker with more than 20 years of experience helping people navigate life's transitions.

As a wife, mother of two, and a woman entering this season myself, I understand the quiet identity shift that can happen as children grow older. It's a season filled with pride, change, excitement — and sometimes uncertainty.

My passion is helping women move beyond simply preparing for an empty nest. I help them prepare for themselves.
